Fried Veggie Spring Rolls (Cha Gio) – Deep fried spring rolls served with lettuce gem to create the perfect wraps to dip into our homemade nuoc cham sweet chilli sauce. (Vegan dipping sauce available)
Fresh Summer Rolls (Goi Cuon) – Fresh softened rice paper rolls with herbs, rice vermicelli, shredded lettuce, cucumber, pickled daikon and carrot. Served with our homemade peanut sauce.

Is it Pho or Fuh? Vietnamese Pho is always pronounced as “Fuh” but no matter how you pronounce it, you are guaranteed to enjoy this steaming bowl of homemade noodles! Our traditional Pho is a carefully prepared Vietnamese Noodle Soup. Our broth is simmered for 8 hours using only local beef brisket, beef bones and bone marrow with a secret combination of herbs and spices to create a rich and authentic flavour. Served with rice noodles, lime, chilli and fresh herbs.
